I believe that the therapeutic relationship is sacred, and that being witnessed as your authentic self, without filters or expectations, can be transformational. In a safe, judgment-free space, I invite you to come as you are. Together, with curiosity and openness, we'll explore the inner workings of your mind and soul. We will learn to accept parts of yourself that you may have rejected, and better understand the interpretations of lived experiences and identities we carry.

We'll navigate life's complexities, moving from past to present and future, sometimes simultaneously. We will let go of coping strategies that may no longer serve you and adopt new
ones that might better support you today.

My approach is warm, integrated, holistic, and relational, focusing on whole-person treatment. I specialize in mindfulness, grounded in eastern philosophies, and incorporate somatic and cognitive behavioral therapies.
