Maybe you have a sense of the problems you’d like to solve. Maybe you’re struggling with feelings that don’t have a clear origin. Integrating the science of attachment, trauma and recovery, and cognitive-behavioral change within a contemporary psychodynamic frame, my approach centers you, prizing a full, collaborative understanding of the many ways your present relates to your personal and cultural histories, whose reawakening in treatment create opportunities for repair and restoration.

Striving to dwell in your unique experience, stressing the reality and lasting impacts of adversity and oppression, and prioritizing your empowerment, I am always in your corner. I will help you to more adaptively hold difficulty in connection, even between us, gradually transforming nodes of chronic conflict (internal and/or interpersonal) into engines of sustainable relational growth. I provide a space in which to define your goals, develop your strengths, and realize change. Together, we will build a safe, reparative environment optimized for your healing.
