I am a pre-licensed professional working under supervision of a licensed psychologist to provide culturally humble, integrative therapy to adults and adolescents of all backgrounds.
Maybe you have a clear sense of the problems you’d like to solve. Maybe you’re struggling with certain feelings that don’t have a clear origin. My approach is you-centered, prizing a full, collaborative understanding of the many ways these problems or feelings might relate to your individual history. Drawing on theories addressing power and inequality and on research establishing our lifelong need for holistic, respectful relational care, I provide an empathetic, nourishing environment in which to define your goals, develop your strengths, and realize change. Together, we will build a safe, reparative space optimized for your healing.
