Helping people grow, heal, and reconnect with what matters most. I genuinely love what I do, and I feel honored to walk alongside children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s ups and downs.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I especially enjoy helping young people and their families build stronger connections and find their voice. My approach is flexible, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Whether we’re working through anxiety, big emotions, relationship challenges, or just trying to figure things out, I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—I bring the tools and experience, and you bring your unique story, strengths, and goals.

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy School of Psychology at National University.

Fees/Insurance

Understanding therapy is difficult to access, I offer some evening or weekend appointments.

Standard Rate: $180 per hour
Sliding Scale Fee Available
Out of Network - if we are not in your network, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement - contact your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits and what the reimbursement is.
