Molly Fagan,
Psychological Associate

Reaching out for support can take a lot of courage, and I’m here to meet you with warmth, openness, and care. I take a collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational approach to therapy, grounded in compassion and genuine connection. My goal is to offer a safe, honest, and supportive space where you can show up as your full self. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I value the many identities and lived experiences each person brings into the room. I bring a social justice and feminist lens to this work, and it’s important to me to acknowledge and explore how the oppressive systems we navigate can shape our wellbeing and sense of self.

I specialize in supporting individuals who struggle with self-worth, self-criticism, and low self-esteem, including those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and perfectionism. Together, we’ll work toward developing deeper self-acceptance and self-compassion, so you can move through life with more confidence, clarity, and resilience.

I also provide LGBTQ+-affirming therapy and am committed to creating an environment where you feel respected and understood. Whatever brings you to therapy, we’ll approach it together, at your pace, and with curiosity and care.

It would be an honor to support you as you explore, grow, and move toward the life you want for yourself.
