I work with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on transgender youth and their families. I have worked in schools, primary care clinics, and community mental health settings with clients navigating multiple forms of marginalization and family systems affected by significant trauma. My experience includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and the effects of trauma, while considering the relationships and social contexts that shape their experiences.

My primary training is in Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and contemporary relational therapy. I draw from these approaches based on each client’s needs, with attention to both their individual experiences and their relationships with others. My work has also included collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers to support clients across settings.

I also have experience providing collaborative neuropsychological assessments for adolescents and autism screening for adults. My assessment work includes exploring attention, learning, and emotional functioning, with an emphasis on helping clients and families understand the findings and recommendations.
