Using Out-of-Network Benefits

Even if Bridge is not in network with your insurance plan, you may have out-of-network mental health benefits that reimburse you for a portion of the cost of therapy. Before scheduling, we recommend contacting your insurance company to ask whether your plan includes out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits and what your deductible and reimbursement rate are.

After you pay Bridge directly for your session, we can provide you with a superbill containing the information your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. You submit the superbill to your insurance company, and any reimbursement is paid directly to you.

Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan and are determined by your insurance company.
