My Approach

I believe everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to better understand themselves. Whether you are facing a specific challenge, navigating a major transition, or simply feeling lost or uncertain, I work to create an environment where you can process your experiences and explore the questions that matter most to you. Together, we can develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges, strengthening resilience, and living in a way that feels more aligned with your values.

I take a holistic and collaborative approach to both psychotherapy and psychological assessment. I provide short- and long-term therapy to adolescents, adults, and older adults, with a particular interest in supporting young adults as they navigate transitions, identity development, relationships, and change.

I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care. My therapeutic approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while remaining responsive to each person’s individual background, needs, and goals.

I also have specialized training in psychological assessment for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, developmental and language disorders, learning disorders, and dementia. My goal is to make the assessment process collaborative and understandable while helping individuals and families gain greater clarity about strengths, challenges, and appropriate next steps.

I look forward to creating a supportive space where we can work together toward your goals and the path ahead.
