My Approach

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and work with my clients to determine the best course for treatment. I have experience ranging from long-term therapeutic relationships to short-term problem solving. Whether you have a specific concern you'd like to tackle or are looking for a place to process and understand your story, I hope to provide the safe space needed.

I have experience treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, and trauma histories. Additionally, I work with patients who experience issues with self-esteem, self-acceptance, stress management, and interpersonal effectiveness.​

  • Standard Rate: $200 per hour
    Sliding Scale Fee Available

  • Out of Network - if we are not in your network we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement - contact your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits and what the reimbursement is.
