My Approach

I believe everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space to process their experiences and better understand themselves. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially during a difficult or overwhelming time. My goal is to offer a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental relationship where we can work together to understand what you are experiencing and create meaningful change.

I see you as a whole person, rather than a collection of symptoms or diagnoses. My approach is integrative, holistic, and client-centered, blending relational and trauma-informed perspectives with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I strive to provide culturally sensitive, LGBTQ+ affirming care that honors your background and identity.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and I especially enjoy supporting young adults through self-discovery and growth. My clinical interests include trauma and religious trauma, eating disorders, identity exploration, life transitions, relationships, sexuality, shame, perfectionism, and neurodivergence. I also offer couples and family therapy. In addition to psychotherapy, I have specialized training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment.
