My Approach
I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to the individual. Each person brings a unique history, set of strengths, and way of making sense of the world, so I take an integrative approach rather than relying on a single therapeutic framework.
I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance-based, and dialectical-behavioral approaches to meet clients where they are. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, develop insight, and identify meaningful ways to create change.
I strive to create a warm, curious, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable bringing their full selves into the therapeutic relationship. I work with youth, adolescents, and adults and have particular interests in anxiety, body image and eating concerns, self-esteem, relationships, and identity development.
