My Approach
Therapy offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with someone you trust to explore your life and feelings more deeply. Whether you're struggling with sadness or emptiness without a clear cause, or dealing with challenging experiences that affect your well-being, I’m here to support you. I work with adults to help them understand and address the root of their suffering within the context of their lived experiences, histories, and identities. Together, we can develop a healing plan that guides you toward a life more aligned with your values and aspirations.
My approach to depth-oriented therapy is exploratory, creative, and warm. I strive to create a safe space where you can engage with both familiar feelings and those that may be emerging for the first time. I am committed to fostering a sensitive and culturally inclusive presence that is attuned to your unique needs, hopes, and goals. Finding a psychotherapist you can trust with intimate aspects of your life is an empowering and healing experience. If given the opportunity, I look forward to meeting you and accompanying you on your therapeutic journey.
