A Whole Person Approach

A Whole Person Approach to mental health brings all parts of the health system together. We not only collaborate and coordinate you mental and physical health, but all areas of your wellness including emotional, financial, social, cultural, spiritual, occupational, nutritional and physical health. Our model allows us to work with all people including those who have complex needs. We work closely with our patients to promote healing, wellness and to help them live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives.

We aim to achieve this by honoring some core values:
  • We hope to be your bridge to making services accessible
  • We honor your choices and involve you in planning your care
  • Providing you information so you are informed
  • Effectively communicate with you
  • Provide you with quality care
  • Respond to your needs
  • Ensure safety
